Harvest season is quickly approaching! If you would like to help pick grapes this season please call the winery. We will be picking on 4 different Saturday mornings in late August thru the end of September. Lunch and wine provided once the grapes are in!!

| 3rd Annual Harvest Party and Grape Stomp, Sat., Aug. 28th, 1-10 PM |
| Purple feet plus sticky hands paired with good hearted competition and fun equal the Prairie Crossing annual harvest party. This is the event you do not want to miss! Live music by the Swamp Boys Blues Band(1-5 PM) and Prime Cut(6-10 PM), grape stomp(2-5 PM), food catered by Smokin' BBQ, wine tasting and winery tours. Reservations required to participate in the grape stomp- $10 entry fee per 2 person team with chance to wine prizes. Limited to 25 teams. $5 cover/rain or shine/bring a lawn chair. |

| Prairie Crossing's 3rd Anniversary Bash |
| Thank you to all who attended the winery's 3 year anniversary. Beautiful weather, great music and good wine made for a memorable day. Congratulations to the amature winemakers whose wines won medals in the first Loess Hills Wine Competition as sponsored by the Western Iowa Grape Growers. |

| Prairie Crossing's 1st Annual Country Hoe Down |
| Cowboy boots and denim paired with rhinestones, bandanas and hay bales was the scene at our first Country Hoe Down. Shadow Ridge country band was joined by Sparklin' Country Line Dancers to present an evening of down home entertainment and fun. Look for this event to return next year as visitors to the winery are still talking about the fun they had! |

| Prairie Crossing's 2nd Annual Hawaiian Luau |
| The hot island sound of Rhythm Collective combined with a hog roast, the limbo and several tacky tourists made for a great night at the winery. Thank you to all who joined us for the fun and congratulations to the winners of the themed contests. Plans are in the works for our 3rd annual luau next summer. |
